Can I see my design before the final version is sent to me?
Yes. For most of our custom orders, you will receive a proof before the final design is sent to you. Please keep an eye on your email inbox.

If you have not heard from us, please check your spam folder. If there is nothing in there, please contact us. Proofs that have not been approved within 48 hours may shipped without approval.

Please note: We do not provide proofs for orders that only require a name change.

I need this print in a hurry. Can you help?

If you need the print urgently, please add your deadline to the order notes. We will let you know if there's an issue with the deadline.

For custom collages and prints, do I need to crop my pictures?

No. We will do this for you.

For photo collage orders, what size do my photographs need to be?
We recommend using high quality images. Once you send over your files, we will check them for you and flag any issues.

I would like to customise a print. Is that possible?
We accept custom requests. If you'd like to use one of our designs in a different way, please contact us, we’re happy to help.

I would like to place an order for a photo collage. How do I send you my pictures?
Once you have placed an order you can send your images to Please include your order number. If you have lots of images or large files, we can send you a link to our file sharing platform where you can upload your images.


Do you deliver goods outside of the United Kingdom?

Yes, we deliver goods worldwide. Please note that delivery times for orders outside of the UK may vary. Please refer to our delivery page for more information.

Returns and order cancellation

Can I return my item for a refund?

If your item is a standard print or card without customisation, yes. As long as your item follows the criteria below, we are more than happy to provide you with a full refund.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused & uopened
  • If the item you purchased has cellophane wrapping, this must not be removed/opened/broken. Unfortuantely we will be unable to accept items where cellophane wrapping has been tampered with

If your item is a customised product, unfortunately we will be unable to accept refund or exchange requests.

Who will pay the return postage costs if I want a refund? 

You will be required to pay for return postage fees unless the item you have purchased is faulty.

I want to exchange one product for another. What shall I do?

If you would like to exchange a product you have purchased, you will need to send your item back and request a refund. You will then have to return to our online shop to purchase your preferred item of choice.

How long will it take to process my refund?
Once we have received your returned items and the refund has been authorised, we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges) via the same payment method used on your original transaction.

Please allow 7 - 21 days for this process to be completed.

Who will pay the return postage costs if I want a refund?

You will be required to pay for return postage fees unless the item you have purchased is faulty.

I returned my goods to KiKi Prints but have not received my refund, what shall I do?

If more than 14 working days have passed and you have not received an email notification from KiKi Prints about your refund, please contact us for assistance.

In the unlikely event that your returned items have been lost in the post, please ensure you have proof of your return postage to be eligible for a full refund.
