Yes. For most of our custom orders, you will receive a proof before the final design is sent to you. Please keep an eye on your email inbox. If you have not heard from us, please check your spam folder. If there is nothing in there, please email info@kikiprints.co.uk. Proofs that have not been approved within 48 hours will be shipped without approval.

Please note: We do not provide proofs for orders that only require a name change.

For custom orders: When will I receive my proof?

For custom prints we require 1 - 3 working days for design.

I need this print in a hurry. Can you help?

If you need the print urgently, please email info@kikiprints.co.uk with your order number and deadline.

For custom collages and prints, do I need to crop my pictures?

No. We will do this for you.

I would like to customise a print. Is that possible?

For some items, we accept custom requests - for example, photo collages. If you'd like to use one of our designs in a different way, please send your requirements to info@kikiprints.co.uk, we’re happy to help.

I would like to place an order for a photo collage. How do I send you my pictures?

Once you have placed an order please send your images to info@kikiprints.co.uk with your order number. If you have lots of images or large files, we can send you a link to our file sharing platform where you can upload your images.
